End of the Semester::
1. How do you envision using art in your classroom?
I envision using art in my classroom in order to reach students in an entire new way. I want students to learn topics through art, not only with art.
2. What do you know about integrated learning / integration?
After this semester, I know that art integration isn't just crafts and adding on a drawing or coloring sheet for students to have fun, it's about reaching students in a way of creativity. Integrating art can even be using art as a main way of letting students delve deeper into knowledge and new learning.
3. Rate your comfort level in making art, and discuss.
Uneasy 1 2 3 4 5 Comfortable
I feel as though I have become a lot more comfortable creating art. I have tried to go with the flow and not be focused on creating a perfect piece, but something that depicts my personality and ideas.
4. Rate your comfort level in analyzing and talking about art, and discuss.
Uneasy 1 2 3 4 5 Comfortable
Although I feel more comfortable talking about art, I still feel as though I need to learn more about the language used to talk about art. I do feel as though I have gained much confidence and knowledge about noticing detail about art and going with my gut feeling when looking at different pieces.

Start of the Semester::
1. How do you envision using art in your classroom?
I envision using art in my classroom to help my students better express themselves in order to create a better learning environment. I hope to focus on integration using art to better reach my students at a new level, in order for my students' success and development to soar.
2. What do you know about integrated learning / integration?
At this point, I can't say I know very much about integration. I know many educators use integrated learning by incoorportating different subject areas within others. I do know this can significantly increase learning and participation, but I do not yet know how to pursue this type of education.
3. Rate your comfort level in
making art, and discuss.
Uneasy 1 2 3 4 5 Comfortable
Although I enjoy art, I always tend to want to make it perfect. I know there isn't perfection, and I would never wish this idea on any of my students. I never know if my personal art is "good enough," which sometimes makes me uneasy, even though making art is something I flock towards when mentioned.
4. Rate your comfort level in analyzing and talking about
art, and discuss.
Uneasy 1 2 3 4 5 Comfortable
I like looking at art, and especially childrens art, but I would not say I am someone who is educated or skilled in talking about art. I haven't had an expereinces learning about specific art or even the lingo to begin to correctly talk about art, let alone analyze. To be perfectly honest, I can't pinpoint a definition to correctly define art.
